The hotel, awarded the “Maître Restaurateur” label for their high culinary standards, dedicate as much care to their brasserie as their restaurant. The freshly produced cuisine can be enjoyed on the terrace in the brasserie at lunchtime or in the restaurant in the evening. The chef invites you to discover his wonderful creations at either lunch or dinner.

In the evening, the elegant restaurant offers local cuisine made from fresh market produce for moments of intense pleasure with an a-la-carte and a set four-course menu for hotel guests. The superb dessert buffet, appearing twice a week, is a little paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The brasserie

Come between 12 pm and 2:30 pm

At lunchtime, the Brasserie des Mélèzes is just what you need, with its south-facing terrace awaiting you at the foot of the pistes! After all that effort, you’ll be satisfied. Enjoy dishes of the day for children and adults, Savoyard specialities (including raclette and tartiflette) and a variety of offers in a friendly and casual environment.
